How it works

Sleet Storm is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Persistent Area Aura (effect type 27). It applies aura type 4. Its base value is 4750. Its area radius is 90 yards.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 1 sec, 15 times over the full 15 sec. It triggers Sleet Storm.
  3. Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 64. Its base value is 6 per tick. It ticks every 1 sec, 15 times over the full 15 sec (90 base in total).

What it does

Sleet Storm is a Nature spell with an instant cast, an unlimited range and effects that last 15 sec. When cast it leaves a persistent area effect on the ground in a 90 yard radius and applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Sleet Storm (record #86367).

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70631. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
