Shapeshifting into an animal form or mounting cancels the effect. Any effect which causes you to lose control of your character will suppress the starfall effect.

How it works

Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown.

Starfall is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It scales with 0.127 times spell power. It ticks every 1 sec, 10 times over the full 10 sec. It triggers Starfall.
  2. Effect 2 is effect type 0, which the datamine does not name. Its base value is 20.

What it does

Starfall is an Arcane spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 90 sec cooldown and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Starfall (record #50286).
