Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Storm Cloud is built from 5 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 226. Its base value is 50000 per tick. It applies the stunned mechanic. It ticks every 0.5 sec, 40 times over the full 20 sec (2e+06 base in total).
  2. Effect 2 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 97500.
  3. Effect 3 is Dummy (effect type 3). Its base value is 3.
  4. Effect 4 is Dummy (effect type 3).
  5. Effect 5 is Dummy (effect type 3).

What it does

Storm Cloud is a Nature spell with an instant cast, an unlimited range and effects that last 20 sec. When cast it applies an aura with the stunned mechanic every 0.5 sec and deals Nature damage (base value 97500). The client files the whole spell under the stunned mechanic. It stacks up to 20 times.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70268. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
