What it does

Storm Cloud is a Nature spell with an instant cast, an unlimited range and effects that last 20 sec. When cast it applies an aura with the stunned mechanic every 0.5 sec and deals Nature damage (base value 27.2583). The client files the whole spell under the stunned mechanic. It stacks up to 20 times.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
