Permanently attaches a tazik shocker to your gloves, allowing a skilled engineer to deal to Nature damage to an enemy at long range. The shocker can only be used once every 2 min.
Can only be used on your own gloves, and doing so will cause them to become soulbound. Requires at least 450 skill in Engineering to use.

Tazik Shocker is a spell with a 5 sec cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it enchants an item.
