- Effect 2 is effect type 77, which the datamine does not name. It scales with 1 times spell power.
What it does
Teleport: Tol Barad is an Arcane spell with a 10 sec cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it has a Teleport effect.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70631. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
