How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 1 sec, 5 times over the full 5 sec. It triggers Toxic Spores.

What it does

Toxic Spores is a Nature spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Toxic Spores (record #86282).
