How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
Unleash Hate is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 23750. Its area radius is 10 yards.
- Effect 2 is effect type 144, which the datamine does not name. Its base value is 100. Its area radius is 10 yards.
- Effect 3 is effect type 164, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Rising Hate.
What it does
Unleash Hate is a Shadow spell with a 0.6 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster) and a 4 sec cooldown. When cast it deals Shadow damage (base value 23750) in a 10 yard radius. It also casts Rising Hate.
