How it works
Unlock Tome is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Create Item (effect type 24). Its base value is 1.
- Effect 2 is Knock Back (effect type 98). Its base value is 75.
What it does
Unlock Tome is a spell with a 10 sec cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it creates an item and has a Knock Back effect.
