Armor, slots and requirements
Overlord's Resolution is a set covering Finger, recorded in the current build as 2 items across those 1 piece.
That leaves Head, Neck, Shoulder, Back, Chest, Wrist, Hands, Waist, Legs, Feet and Trinket to be filled from outside the set, 11 of the twelve armor slots.
The pieces run from item level 68 to 71, and each one needs character level 60.
Every piece binds when it is picked up, so no part of this set can be traded or bought from another player.
Sold to a vendor those 1 piece return 4g.
Wearing the set
The set has one bonus and it needs 2 of its 1 piece.
The 2 piece bonus asks for more pieces than the 1 this set lists, so the pieces that complete it are recorded elsewhere in the game files.
