How it works
Its aura has a 4% chance to proc when its trigger condition is met. It can proc at most once every 1 sec.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. It triggers Clearcasting.
What it does
Arcane Concentration is an Arcane spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Clearcasting.
