Artisan Riding is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

- Effect 2 is Skill Step (effect type 44). Its base value is 4.
What it does
Artisan Riding is a spell with an instant cast and a range of 100 yards. When cast it teaches a spell and has a Skill Step effect. It also casts Riding.
