Each cast of Bash costs 10 Rage. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Bash is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 5 yards, a 1 min cooldown and effects that last 3 sec. When cast it applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the stunned mechanic.
