- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. Its base value is 1 per tick. It ticks every 8 sec. It triggers Fatigued.
What it does
Blessing of Thule is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 8 sec. When cast it applies an aura and applies an aura every 8 sec. It also casts Fatigued.
