How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
Dim Sum is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 20. Its base value is 4 per tick. It ticks every 1 sec, 25 times over the full 25 sec (100 base in total).
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 21. Its base value is 3. It scales with 1 times spell power.
What it does
Dim Sum is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 1 min cooldown and effects that last 25 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec and applies an aura.
