What it does
Electrified Net is a spell with a 0.5 sec cast, a range of 35 yards and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it applies an aura and applies an aura every 1 sec. The client files the whole spell under the rooted mechanic. It also casts Electrified Net (record #43363).
