How it works
Elemental Precision is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 107. Its base value is 1.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 72. Its base value is -1.
What it does
Elemental Precision is an Arcane spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura.
