- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 79. Its base value is 200. It scales with 1 times spell power.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 21. Its base value is 2 per tick. It scales with 1 times spell power. It ticks every 1 sec.
What it does
Empowerment is an Arcane spell with a 3 sec cast, a range of 30 yards and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura and applies an aura every 1 sec.
