How it works
Its aura has a 15% chance to proc when its trigger condition is met. It can proc at most once every 3 sec.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. It scales with 1 times spell power. It triggers Feedback.
What it does
Feedback Proc is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Feedback.
