How it works

  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 12.

What it does

Gouge is a Physical spell with an instant cast, a range of 5 yards and effects that last 4 sec. When cast it deals Physical damage (base value 20) and applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the incapacitated mechanic.
