How it works
Each cast of Gouge costs 45 Energy. Casting it triggers a 1 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Gouge is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 10. It scales with 1 times spell power.
