Horse Riding is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Learn Spell (effect type 36). It triggers Horse Riding.
- Effect 2 is Skill Step (effect type 44). Its base value is 1.
What it does
Horse Riding is a spell with an instant cast and a range of 100 yards. When cast it teaches a spell and has a Skill Step effect. It also casts Horse Riding (record #824).
