Mana Surge

How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 13. Its base value is 225.

What it does

Mana Surge is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 15 sec cooldown and effects that last 15 sec. When cast it applies an aura.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the Burning Crusade client, build 2.5.6.70006. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
