How it works
Each cast of Pyroblast costs 125 Mana. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Pyroblast is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 141. It scales with 1.15 times spell power.
