How it works
Each cast of Repentance costs 60 Mana. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Repentance is a Holy spell with an instant cast, a range of 20 yards, a 1 min cooldown and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the incapacitated mechanic.
