It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

What it does
Seduction is a Shadow spell with a 0.5 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 6 sec cooldown and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the charmed mechanic.
