How it works
Each cast of Shadow Burst costs 380 Mana. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Shadow Burst is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 160. Its area radius is 8 yards.
- Effect 2 is Knock Back (effect type 98). Its base value is 30. Its area radius is 8 yards.
What it does
