Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Storm Blink is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Dummy (effect type 3). It scales with 1 times spell power. Its area radius is 100 yards.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 16. Its base value is 10000. It scales with 1 times spell power.
- Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 138. Its base value is -10000.
What it does
Storm Blink is an Arcane spell with a 1 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it applies an aura.
