It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

What it does
Transmute: Skyfire Diamond is a spell with a 25 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster) and a 20 hr cooldown. When cast it creates an item. The client files the whole spell under the discovery mechanic.
