How it works
Each cast of Warp costs 25 Focus. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met. The aura is spent after 1 procs.
Warp is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Threat (effect type 63). Its base value is 1.
- Effect 2 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Warp.
- Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 184. Its base value is -50.

Warp is an Arcane spell with an instant cast, a range of 30 yards, a 15 sec cooldown and effects that last 4 sec. When cast it changes threat and applies an aura. It also casts Warp (record #35779).
