Armor, slots and requirements
The Twin Stars is a set of 2 pieces covering Neck and Finger.
That leaves Head, Shoulder, Back, Chest, Wrist, Hands, Waist, Legs, Feet and Trinket to be filled from outside the set, 10 of the twelve armor slots.
Every piece is item level 100 and needs character level 70.
The pieces bind when equipped, so they can change hands before they are worn.
Sold to a vendor those 2 pieces return 14g, and the single piece worth most at a vendor is Charlotte's Ivy at 8g.
Wearing the set
The set has one bonus and it needs 2 of its 2 pieces.
The top bonus needs all 2 pieces, so there is no piece to swap out while it is held.
