Sets an enemy aflame, inflicting 1080000 Fire damage over 6 min. and sending it into a state of panic. While the target is affected, the flames periodically scorch its nearby allies for 300 damage as well.
How it works
Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Conflagration Blast is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 3000 per tick. It ticks every 1 sec, 360 times over the full 6 min (1.08e+06 base in total).

What it does
Conflagration Blast is a Fire spell with an instant cast, a range of 100 yards and effects that last 6 min. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec and deals Fire damage (base value 156000). It also casts Conflagration.
