Tooltip

Hurls missiles of dark magic, inflicting Shadow damage and wounding nearby enemies, reducing the effectiveness of any healing by 25% for 10 sec.

How it works

Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Dark Volley is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 8500. It scales with 1 times spell power. Its area radius is 35 yards.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 118. Its base value is -25. Its area radius is 35 yards.

What it does

Dark Volley is a Shadow spell with a 1.5 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it deals Shadow damage (base value 8500) in a 35 yard radius and applies an aura in a 35 yard radius.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the Wrath of the Lich King client, build 3.80.2.69874. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
