How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
- Effect 1 is effect type 347, which the datamine does not name.
What it does
Equip Transmog Outfit is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and a 3 sec cooldown.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the Wrath of the Lich King client, build 3.80.2.69874. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
