How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 5 sec. It triggers Conflagration.
What it does
Flame Beacon is a spell with an instant cast, an unlimited range, a 10 sec cooldown and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 5 sec. It also casts Conflagration.
