How it works
Frost Channeling is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 10. Its base value is -4.
What it does
Frost Channeling is a Frost spell with an instant cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it applies an aura.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the Wrath of the Lich King client, build 3.80.2.69874. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
