How it works
Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Lightning Ring is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 1 sec, 5 times over the full 5 sec. It triggers Lightning Ring.
- Effect 2 is effect type 140, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Lightning Ring.
What it does
Lightning Ring is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Lightning Ring (record #59849).
