- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 209. Its base value is 3.
What it does
Mount Speed is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 5 sec cooldown and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura.
