Permafrost

How it works

Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

What it does

Permafrost is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 15 min. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Permafrost (record #65872).

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the Wrath of the Lich King client, build 3.80.2.69874. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
