How it works
Reflective Shield is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

- Effect 3 is Dummy (effect type 3). Its base value is 25.
What it does
Reflective Shield is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura.
