How it works

- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 2 sec. It triggers spell id 31374.
What it does
Spellcloth is a spell with a 25 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 2 sec. When cast it creates an item and applies an aura every 2 sec.
