It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.

- Effect 1 is Weapon Damage (effect type 58). Its base value is 28. It scales with 1 times spell power.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 12.
What it does
Surprise Attack is a Physical spell with an instant cast, a range of 5 yards, a 30 sec cooldown and effects that last 2.5 sec. When cast it deals weapon damage (base value 28) and applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the stunned mechanic.
