How it works
Each cast of Frost Presence costs 1 Power (21). It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
Frost Presence is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 142. Its base value is 60.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 10. Its base value is 45.
- Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 87. Its base value is -8.
What it does
Frost Presence is a Frost spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 1 sec cooldown and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the Wrath of the Lich King client, build 3.80.2.69874. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
