How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 750 per tick. It ticks every 1 sec, 5 times over the full 5 sec (3750 base in total).

What it does
