Spell

Hex

Nature

Instant castShort Range

Transforms an enemy into a chicken, rendering it unable to attack or cast spells for 10 sec.

Hex

How it works

Each cast of Hex costs 120 Mana. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Hex is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 56.
Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 5.

What it does

Hex is a Nature spell with an instant cast, a range of 20 yards and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the polymorphed mechanic.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the WoW Forever beta client, build 1.60.1.70374. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
