How it works

Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Launch is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. Its base value is 1 per tick. It scales with 1 times spell power. It ticks every 5 sec. It triggers Launch.

What it does

Launch is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 40 yards and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it has a Knock Back effect and applies an aura every 5 sec. It also casts Launch (record #16717).
