The Ultimate Banker's Collection:

Rules: No level requirement higher than level 5 may be used, as most banker toons exist in the range of level 1-5. Items with no requirement at all are preferred. The higher quality item, the better, but quality should never trump style. Style is greater than all. The choice of the Tux Shirt or Formal Shirt is based on style, I prefer Formal myself. Looks better on female toons. The choices of The Rock or Tarnished Silver Ring hinges on whether you prefer to show off the money you throw around or the time you throw around. Frayed Gloves, Belt, and Shoes are throw-away items, place holding. They look good with the outfit, but don't add anything to your prestige. Skinning Knife is chosen because it's totally unbreakable! Which is key for a Bank Toon, who should never waste money on important things, only on useless things. That and because it has way more class than the other Unbreakable weapon, the Blacksmith Hammer.

The Off-Hand choices are mostly up to style. I prefer the option of the single red rose, however the black options have potential for some, especcially for Undead toons. The Bouquet of Black Roses is even more prestigous however, due to the hefty increase in cost. However, the Bouquet of Red Roses is clearly the king of prestige items, due to the fact it can be used at any level and it has a proc, but only obtained in high level instances. Making it impossible for the level 1-5 bank alt to procure losing it points. However, if you want to level your bank to 40 it is an option...

Suggestions on improving the list are welcomed and encouraged. Banker Toons of the World... UNITE!

It's a vanity item. The worth is governed completely by the market, not by any intrinsic value. That said, it's an extremely rare drop. I've seen one since the Fishing Daily premiered, doing the quest every day. Once in around 4 months? 120 days? So yes, if you want it quickly, it's worth it. That said, I bid on one with a 16g bid, 180g buyout and won at minimum bid.

It is not extremely rare, I see about 6 on the AH everyday, and they are not the same auctions... I've already gotten about 5 since the fishing dailies began

I tried enchanting these tonight and could only get "Minor" and "Lesser" enchants to work on these. I was hoping for +9 Stam but could only get +3.

That is not entirely correct. It can't for some reason be enchanted with +5, +7, or +9 stamina enchant. However, it can be enchanted with +3 stamina or less.

I now have two of these and have no idea what they are used for. Does anyone know?

They're just used to customize your character. A vanity item, as others have pointed out.

I dont think I saw it mentioned but another very classy option is the Haliscan set. The patterns for the shirt, pants, and dress shoes are sold by Haughty Modiste in Tanaris by the docks.

I am currently unable to enchant these with [url=http://www.wowhead.com/?item=38853]Scroll of Enchant Bracer - Superior Spirit[/url] despite the enchant not requiring a level. I have not yet tried any other bracer enchants.

Any reason there are "rules" on banker alts?

Most of the "Misc Armor" (as opposed to mail, cloth, etc) behave abnormally when it comes to enchants (wondering if Blizz just made manual exclusions by enchant for some of them). examples: Lvl 60 Dangui accepts a few LK enchants, but not most. Antique bracers accept a few PreBC enchants, but not most. Same story for the lovely charm bracers.

My blood elf blondie pally (Full hairstyle :D) has a haliscan top, haliscan bottom and dress shoes. No weapon-slot items. I've got the noble's elementium signet and pinky ring (Signet makes your hand sparkle like the cane.... eat that, wanna-bes :P). No headslot. Charm of potent and powerful passions necklace because I'm a known flirt, yet will toss any brave people who move in on me out the window (What? I find it funny :D). I've got nothing else besides unadorned chain bracers and a linen cloak for +5 resist, which I never show anyway. Altogether, my health is 300 and my mana totals at 125. I like those two numbers. I actually have an armor set which I keep for kicks, and I ironically killed a level 3 naked gnome who was in Org's VoS inn and yelling to everyone in the city. It was kinda funny. My guild name, <Bane>, fits nicely under my own, Czerrà. I have my EXP stopped at level 1 because I personally believe anything above 1 is just plain stupid. Since my guild is high-level, I benefit from perks and gain the ability to place a chest with a little pink-background white-heart on it, I get to summon people with the guild thing.... stuff. I keep focus lens, deviate fish, deepstone oil and the like on-hand and use it sparingly. I mail all my money to this bank alt. Keeps stuff organized and lets me play with a few more cards. I profess to be a playah, I act like I would on an RP realm to maintain that status, and I stop at nothing to control my desired market. Envision me as you forge your own bank alt. I hope you can find some useful opinions or templates about personal bank alt styling here and make your own bank alt rock out loud as much as I feel mine does. With the right amount of effort, pretty much anything can happen.
