  • Slot 1 pairs Bite (level 1) with Tongue Lash (level 10). These share a slot; a loadout cannot use both at once.
  • Slot 2 pairs Survival (level 2) with Counterstrike (level 15). These share a slot; a loadout cannot use both at once.
  • Slot 3 pairs Poison Fang (level 4) with Powerball (level 20). These share a slot; a loadout cannot use both at once.

Before leveling this pet for a team, check which of these alternatives your plan needs. Compare its in-game health, power and speed with the requirements of the encounter. A matching ability name alone does not establish that two pets are interchangeable.

Wild Capture

Wild pets are captured, not looted. Find one in The Jade Forest, start a pet battle, bring it below 35% health, then use a trap before finishing the battle.
