Desolation Battlegear is a mail armor set of 5 pieces covering Head, Shoulder, Chest, Hands and Legs.

That leaves Neck, Back, Wrist, Waist, Feet, Finger and Trinket to be filled from outside the set, 7 of the twelve armor slots.

Every piece is item level 115, and they need character level 68 to 70.

4 of the 5 pieces carry sockets, 9 in total.

Every piece binds when it is picked up, so no part of this set can be traded or bought from another player.

Sold to a vendor those 5 pieces return 23g, and the single piece worth most at a vendor is Hauberk of Desolation at 5g.

The bonuses come in at 2 and 4 pieces, out of the 5 pieces this set can put on a character at once.

Every bonus is live once 4 pieces are on, which leaves 1 slot free for gear from outside the set without losing anything.
