Each cast of Counterspell costs 100 Mana. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

What it does

Counterspell is an Arcane spell with an instant cast, a range of 30 yards and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it interrupts spellcasting. The client files the whole spell under the interrupted mechanic.
